 I have added a note about it at
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Release_notes/10.1.3#Known_Problems

 As I think there is not much we can do about it, I will close it at
 wontfix.

 A workaround is to erase the Scratch activity (in the activity list) and
 run the activity updater in the Control Panel again (this issue does not
 happen on a clean install).
