Comment:

 Works for me, though the wording "restart Sugar with the ctrl+alt+erase"
 command does is mot correct anymore on an XO-1.5 since it does not trigger
 an X restart anymore.

 Side-note: I can set the language to German - Daniel this worked fine as
 well.

 Maybe Sam wants to do more thorough testing...
