 carrott -- thanks for this valuable feedback.  the post-resume script has
 just recently been offered by the touchpad manufacturer as a remedy for
 touchpad woes.  what the script actually does is unknown (it's writing to
 registers for which we haven't yet been given documentation).  i'm
 surprised and sorry to hear that it affects touchpad use while resuming.

 (note:  in order to separate various bad behaviors, be sure and do all
 touchpad testing with q4c08 or later firmware.)
