Comment:

 this was caused by faulty fsp_init() initialization sequence.

 fixed in kernel commit 6cf1f7a2b9bea60534500eab44e4c2c9c412157e

 it was fairly easy to reproduce this oops on a laptop with an AVC
 touchpad, doing repeated module install/remove operations:

 modprobe -r psmouse; modprobe psmouse
 }}}
