 Fixed summary, it didn't make sense.

 The OFW test result is sufficient, and no significant changes have
 happened between Q3B19 and current with respect to the touchpad.

 While you say it is not an OS problem, it is plausible that a fix might be
 made to the OS to compensate.  In other words, don't assume that the
 problem can be fixed without OS changes just because it is not at root an
 OS problem.
