 Runin on XO-1.5 is designed to fail if the CPU temperature exceeds a
 characterisation point.  Runin on XO-1.75 is missing kernel support for
 reading the CPU temperature.  Runin inability to report this fail was
 added 15th August by Quanta as SW issue 10 to be completed before C-stage.
