Comment(by Quozl):

 Runin relies on /versions and the associated infrastructure for verifying
 that the filesystem is intact.  Because it is missing at the moment, runin
 cannot perform this test.  Added 15th August by Quanta as SW issue 10 to
 be completed before C-stage.
