 XO 1.75 B1s may show their charging indicator when not charging.

 Reproduction (?):
  1. Start "watch-mppt" in OFW
  2. Attach a 10 watt, 14 volt solar panel.  I used a GP Solar panel that I
 believe we still resell.
  3. Watch-mppt started with a reading a bit over ~6000 for me.  Slowly
 move the solar panel so the Vin reading gets up into the ~14000-14500
 range.
  4. Slowly move the solar panel away from the light source.  If the Vin
 reading stays in the ~14000 you hit this bug.
  5. Disconnect the solar panel.  The Vin reading will stay in the
 14000-15000 range and the XO charging light will still be on.
