 http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Features/Keyboard_CP_Section introduced a cp
 section to configure the keyboard layout and model.

 Before we did set the keyboard layout and model in
 "/etc/sysconfig/keyboard". Now we do read the config from three gconf
 keys:

  '/desktop/sugar/peripherals/keyboard/layouts'

  '/desktop/sugar/peripherals/keyboard/options'

  '/desktop/sugar/peripherals/keyboard/model'

 where the model is set to 'evdev' by default.

 Setting the model to 'olpc' and the layout to 'es()' should work fine for
 a spanish keyboard for example. I guess we would have to do that at the
 same place as we have touched "/etc/sysconfig/keyboard".
