It's still kind of hard to pull any action items from this ticket. Sugar
already supports HTML content through the library system and Browse. If
there are problems here, individual tickets should be raised at sugarlabs.
The content you're looking at is sample content, only useful to a handful
of deployments (since its in English). In the same sample pack, there are
various bundles that are HTML-based as well as some that are PDFs. Perhaps
your ticket is asking that the PDF ones are converted to HTML?
Any established deployment takes OLPC's software image and adds a custom
choice of activities and content, often locally generated.
