Comment:

 Verified in 10.1.3 os351 that Browse has a busy cursor which appears when
 the cursor is pointed over the main area of the browser window (not the
 top menus) and the browser is still rendering or waiting for something.

 The busy cursor does not however appear if a download is in progress.
 Walter Bender says this is because the browser isn't technically busy as
 downloads are done in the background.  Download progress for downloads
 initiated from Browse can be monitored from the Journal view in Sugar.

 I will file a Sugar Labs enhancement request to show some sort of
 download-in-progress indication in the Browse activity as well.
