 Paul, in read we use KP_End and KP_Home to zoom in and out. And KP_Page_Up
 and Down are mapped for scrolling as well. Should those be inverted in
 ebook mode as well (from my testing they are not with kbdshim-15)? Not
 100% what the user expects, though.
