 Probably related to #10461

 F14, kernel 2.6.35.9_xo1.5-20101123.1338.olpc.3645a1e on XO-1.5:

 serial console no longer goes crazy during S/R, but the terminal getty
 running on it is no longer usable after the first suspend. (the kernel
 messages continue to be printed just fine)
