Comment:

 We wake up on multicast events in 10.1.3 os354 for both XO-1 {with
 aggressive power management enabled; otherwise we are always on} and
 XO-1.5 systems from the idle sleep state, even if the multicast event is
 due to a non-XO machine doing something.  Watched the network with
 Wireshark for several minutes to verify that multicast traffic was what
 the XOs were waking up on.
