Comment:

 Browse has a home button that at the very least can return to the home
 page stored on disk in 10.1.3 os353.

 The button looks "framed" when you first start the browser, but that
 really isn't a bug related to this or possibly anything as the default
 keyboard button highlight focuses on the home button when you first start
 the web browser.
