 Hmm, I tried to test olpc-update as well yesterday. I copied all the files
 needed on the machine and did run the command. The update of the base
 system went fine but the activities did not accordingly. I think the issue
 is that the target system does not contain the new scheme. I guess we need
 test when updating to a build that contains the new scheme. Any other
 ideas how to best test that?
