Comment(by greenfeld):

 Slightly off topic, but getting user info from children which may suggest
 users do certain things may require getting counsel to study international
 laws on the subject.

 The United States has COPPA ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COPPA - which
 considers things like a "processor serial number" to be "personal
 information" for any "online service directed to children" ), the various
 European privacy laws, and who knows what elsewhere.
