Comment:

 From Quanta:

 For Uruguay fail CCD module that we are get FA report from supplier side
 and Quanta also make inner section analysis. (Please refer attached files)

 We found the CCD module failure root cause was FPC over bending,
 especially pin 19 location, from Failure Analysis report.  Comparing this
 with system inner section, we are sure inner space is not enough above
 main frame portion.

 So we would like to purpose 2 actions to prevent this failure symptom
 happen again:

 1. Engineering change for main frame near FPC area to provide a bigger
 space and prevent the FPC from over bending

 2. Inform manufacturing side to update the SOP to prevent operator from
 overcreasing the cable during assembly
