 Tested on XO-1.5 C3 Q3A39b and XO-1 SKU39 Q2E43a using 100 attempts of
 ''selftest''.

 On the XO-1.5 there were no messages emitted.

 On the XO-1 there were two instances of the message over 100 attempts.

 Frequency of the message is much reduced.
