 made a 1.0.22 release and pushed to fedora updates

 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/olpc-utils-1.0.22-2.fc11

 I put this in my public_rpms. (cjb and sayamindu should remove their
 versions)

 after a positive test report this can be put in frozen repos for inclusion
 in the official build
