Comment(by dsd):

 A good experiment would be to reinsert a queue in the video recording path
 (now that we guarantee perfect streams this makes a lot of sense), and
 monitor the overrun signal on the 2 queues, seeing when and how often they
 overrun, and which is the cause of the overrun (buffers, bytes or time).

 I also think that recording at high or best quality is an unreasonable
 expectation given the SD write performance, but we should be able to sort
 out the problems with low.
