 I've reworked this patch, please see #9788 for the latest change ...
 without the rework the communication between the sugar-session and
 NetworkManager fails until restart, because the NMSettings object is
 recreated while the old one persists.  D-Bus not happy then.  My mistake.

 Still, it is only slightly unrelated to the main issue on this ticket.
 Having seen the code I can see now how the main issue is happening.  The
 code is somewhat naive and needs more love.
