 This wouldn't happen if we woke on multicast selectively as well as
 unicast, but we don't yet know exactly how to program the packet filter to
 wake on just the multicast packets that are for us, so if we simply went
 from wake-on-unicast to wake-on-unicast-and-multicast, we wouldn't spend
 very long asleep -- all multicast would wake us up.
