 a suspend and resume?  On a C1, with NetworkManager disabled, a manual
 suspend and resume using /sys/power/state causes the wireless LED to go
 out and eth0 to show no association after resume.

 That's only because you didn't issue an "ethtool wol u" before the
 suspend.  When we do suspends, the wireless stays associated.  (But we
 turn it off on "sleeps".)
