Comment(by pgf):

 is simply removing the .sugar/default/nm/connections.cfg file sufficient?
 is restarting sugar actually necessary?

 this feature is really important:  we have no "edit" box for network
 config.  if you typo your key while configuring a network, you're
 completely hosed.
