 With a properly ECO'd XO-1.5, running a recent 10.2.0 build...

 * enable aggressive suspend
 * associate to an AP
 * open a terminal in gnome or sugar
 * sudo yum -yt install some-large-package-of-your-choice

 and then do not touch the laptop while the command is executing. After a
 few seconds, suspend will kick in, and the download will stall.

 This can also be seen with large downloads in wget, firefox and browse.xo
