 Speak-13 tested on os201, it does not initiate any network activity.

 Starting conditions of test:
  * Speak activity erased,
  * Sugar restarted,
  * Journal contains file speak-13.xo from activities.sugarlabs.org,
  * laptop associated with access point with internet access,
  * network activity being captured with command ''tcpdump -p -s 0 -i eth0
 -w speak-13.tcpdump''

 Test steps:
  * start Speak-13 from the Journal entry,
  * wait for startup,
  * stop the activity,
  * stop the network activity capture.

 The network activity was then analysed.  There were no connections made.

 The filesystem tree /home/olpc/.cache/0install.net was created.
