 OK, I will look into the other controls.

 Please, though: let me set expectations appropriately.  The ov7670 does
 not have a set of logical controls.  It has something like 150 analog
 tweakers disguised as digital registers, and they are in no way orthogonal
 to each other.  Adjusting one often creates messes elsewhere, and, as far
 as I can tell, there's exactly one person chained to a heavy chair
 somewhere deep in OmniVision who actually understands the interactions.
 Let's just hope they feed him well.

 So I will try, but I can't guarantee results.

 Perhaps it makes sense for somebody to open a separate issue for this
 feature request?
