 A single red blink on boot means that MAIN_ON was not asserted in 200ms.
 Two red flashes means PCI_RST (PCI reset) was not asserted in 200ms.

 If either of the above happens the EC will turn off the voltage regulators
 wait 1500ms and then retry.

 The battery LED blink is most likely due to having a full battery.  So the
 the green LED would normally be on. The error cases above turn off the
 green LED so that the red flash will be red and not orange.  During the
 1500ms pause the LED reverts back to its original state.
