 Noticed in the field that an 8.2.1 XO-1 was running particularly slowly
 and top showed some stuff happening with RPM.

 Turns out that cron.daily creates a list of packages installed in the
 system. And this bug is still present in 10.1.2.

 While exploring I found that we are also doing a lot of other pointless
 stuff scheduled.

 I propose marking these files as non-executable:
