 I just hit another example of this case:
   No wakeup from a WiFi packet
   The WiFi LED off
   Wakeup from the touchpad worked.
   On wakeup, the WiFi LED blinked a few times
   After wakeup the LED was off and ping didn't work.

 This is with powerd patched to not notice network activity.

 I was using ping -i 10.  It was suspending on every other packet.  It died
 after 52 packets.
