 Looking at the keyboard here:

 I would say that Frame should not be F6. It should be Fn+F6. The same way
 that volume up should be Fn+F12 rather than just F12, and so on. This
 matches behaviour of other laptops that use these keys for dual-purpose
 F-key and <some other function>, such as the Dell I'm using now. Thoughts?
