Comment:

 Reviewed recent changes to olpc-os-builder, in particular hash ad26813.
 There is indeed a way to pick the right locales for a much lighter build
 ... this is handled by langs= in the .ini file.

 I can't see why this ticket should be kept open, so I'm closing it.
