Comment:

 XO-1.5 B2, Q3A31, os109 Launched Record-64, selected Audio. Set
duration to 4 minutes. Clicked on round button (and read an article out
loud). The XO-1.5 appeared to record for nearly four minutes. When its
timer expired, it created an object for that audio recording in its tray.
But on subsequent playback, that entire playback lasted about four seconds
 (and was inaudible).

XO-1, Q2E41, 802B1 Launched Record-64, selected Audio. Left duration at
2 minutes. Clicked on round button (and read an article out loud). The XO
appeared to record for nearly two minutes. When its timer expired, it
created an object for that audio recording in its tray. On subsequent
playback, that entire audio playback lasted close to two minutes (but the
actual output sound volume was faint).

I'm seeing the behavior of 'record-64.xo' as having regressed from build
 802 to build os109.
