 Tested in Q3A31, the original symptom is fixed, in that the afflicted
 stick can be accessed using ''dir'':

  * if it is present at power up,
  * if nothing is present at power up and the stick is inserted,
  * if the command is repeated.

 However, if another non-hub stick is inserted, accessed, and then removed,
 and the hub stick is inserted again, ''dir'' hangs, ''ftrace'' output to
 be attached.  This may be a related problem.

 Also, my test script when used against the hub stick hangs at ''test 0010
 display a file'' after several successful previous tests.  If the commands
 are manually entered there is no hang.  If ''stop-logging'' is placed at
 the top of the script, there is no hang.  The script output to be
 attached.  This may not be a related problem.
