 Connect "gryphon" USB barcode scanner.

 This scanner takes a long time to issue detected status after power is
 applied, causing the USB2 redetection to fail.  The EHCI driver therefore
 does not disown the device, so when the UHCI driver detects it, it cannot
 be probed properly.
