tells me the battery is fully charged. But the battery icon in Frame
tells me the battery is 32% charged. I don't know which to believe.

Reproducer: disconnect DC input, display frame, place mouse over battery
icon, watch battery status and capacity, allow battery to discharge below
90%, connect DC input.
Expected behaviour: ''remaining'' should change to ''charging'' within two
or three seconds.
Observed behaviour: ''remaining'' changes to ''charged'' and then when the
next state of charge increment occurs (e.g. 89% to 90%) it changes to
''charging''.
