 No, because prelink is run from anacron, and is not always present as a
 process.  chkconfig is for services that are rendered as persistent
 processes.

 No, I'm mentioning the 4Gb machines because for them this ticket is really
 not a problem, and I'd rather not fix something that isn't a problem,
 because that way can lead to more problems later.

 I don't think we need to worry about what experts may do with yum and rpm
 after the build is deployed to a laptop ... but with prelink off any yum
 updated packages won't have their new binaries prelinked.
