 Thanks for the new logs.

 I am attaching a slightly patched NM. Can you give it a try to see if it
 connects on first attempt with wpa_supplicant set to _not_ collecting
 logs? This is the only interesting aspect of the RPM I am uploading: it
 disables wpa_supplicant debugging when logs are not being collected.
