 svn 1656 fixes both problems above.  I have tested USB correct operation
 across suspend/resume with LAN, storage, direct-connect keyboard (Belkin),
 and keyboard behind built-in hub (Apple).  The USB 1.1 results are with
 UHCI as found on XO-1.5.  The OHCI work has not yet been done, so this
 probably won't work with XO-1.
