 395c555e6f927] causes keyboard and mouse to not work at all after resume
 on XO-1.

 i've committed changes which revert the effect of that commit on XO-1.  it
 should now only change behavior on XO-1.5.

 (i'm not sure how XO-1 bugs like this will get closed.  perhaps you, dear
 reader, when you next run a new f11-on-xo1 release will be inspired to do
 so.)
