 whoa, let's take a step back here.

 cjb was partially correct in comment 1, I would say the purpose of the *4
 GB* image was a glorified production test suite. The 2GB was created out
 of necessity without a lot of thought of what was included in it and was
 simply a 2 GB version of the 4 GB version. Had the expanded size of our 2
 GB version exceeded 2 GB we would have been having this conversation
 earlier..

 I agree with dsd's comment 4 and cjb's comment 5 that we need to create a
 base image and a "G1G1" image, perhaps given a more appropriate name. In
 regards to the base image: do we specify an activity pack? If so, this
 will attempt to pull in any deleted activities on any activity update.
