 Yeah.  (The reason I haven't made any changes so far is to avoid becoming
 an imaginary deployment.)

 I still think removing the two wikipedia activities is our best shot; if a
 deployment did want to use them, the answer should be "don't do that
 without deciding what else you're going to take out".
