 Why?  I thought the purpose of the 2G image was just as a glorified
 production test suite for Peru, who will be shipping their own build
 instead.

 If that isn't the purpose, what are the requirements for the build?  Does
 someone actually want to deploy it?  (In which case, do they have input
 regarding what they want us to remove?)
