 Wow, trac does a spectacularly bad job of displaying pdf and html attached
 files.  The only way I was able to view the recovery procedures well was
 to click on Recovery.html, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and
 click on the "Original Format" link (which is below the "Download in other
 formats" legend, and not rendered as a link).
