Comment:

 Mitch,

Esteban reports: "The key injector (40v) is installed and it inject the
keys correctly, but after restart doesn't install the new firmware. Power
and battery are connected. The icon of XO is displayed in the center of
 screen and XO never boot."

I was able to recreate a similar occurrence:

 -Flash Q2E34

 -Place bootfw.zip (q2e40v) and bootfw2.zip(q2e41)

-Secure boot XO (holding down X key)

-bootfw.zip is read and flashed onto XO, XO reboots.

-Look for bootfw2.zip, inject keys, flash bootfw2.zip begins but never get
verified and starts to boot and drops to ofw.

-Remove power and battery. Start up XO, looks for bootfw2.zip. Keys
already injected upgrade firmware in 20 seconds. After 20 seconds XO
begins to boot (no upgrade attempted) but drops to non-responding OFW
 prompt.
