Comment:

 all three of the attached patches are intended auto-detect powerd, and use
 or control via it, rather than via ohmd.  but all the code should still
 support ohmd.

 it all seems to work, but i'm cc'ing interested parties to get review.
 i'll also either need to get git access where needed, or ask for commit
 assistance.

 as background, powerd will inhibit suspend in a couple of ways --
 temporary inhibits are accomplished by creating a file named after your
 PID in /var/run/powerd-inhibit.  you can either remove it yourself, or
 powerd will clean it up for you.  a permanent inhibit (e.g., from the
 control panel) is done by creating the file /etc/powerd/flags/inhibit-
