 The Virtual entry defines the size of the Virtual Screen that is setup for
 RandR.  That screen defines the size of the multiple layouts of outputs
 you can put together.  In order to rotate and output your Virtual Screen
 needs to be at a minimum a square of the largest dimension.  Legacy from
 RandR 1.0 you can rotate the actual Screen entity and that is what is
 happening when no --output is provided.  When the screen is rotated the
 physical dimensions are not recalculated.  By specifying an output that
 entity is rotated on the virtual screen and the physical dimensions of
 that output are swapped based on orientation and therefore a correct DPI
 is recalculated.
