 Hm -- so we are clashing with the fix for #9331 -- and there is no way to
 set DPI directly in xorg.conf.

 We can set it when starting up X with a '-dpi' parameter -- so we remove
 DisplaySize from xorg.conf and set -dpi from olpc-dm .

 Our DPI considerations, however, are conditional on whether we use our
 internal LCD or a USB2VGA device, so have to consider that in olpc-dm.
