 We are not quick to sacrifice anything. We preserve those savings as long
 as the user is in Sugar.

 We would preserve those savings if NM was able to handle setting rfkill
 status. It's not, there are no hooks we can use for this case, and fixing
 NM is way out of scope for the 10.1.3 release which should be closing
 right now.
